How BONA Intelligent Equipment handles the information you send us through this website.
1. What we collect
We only collect what you type into the inquiry form on our contact page, plus the standard technical data any web server records when a page is requested. We do not buy, scrape or infer personal data from any other source.

Every optional field can be left blank. Nothing in the form is used to profile you, and we do not ask for any special category of personal data.
2. How we use it
Your information is used for one purpose: answering your inquiry and, if it goes further, quoting and supplying what you asked about. That includes:
- Replying to your message, usually within one to two business days.
- Preparing a quotation, including freight and lead time for your destination.
- Follow-up on an inquiry or an order already in progress.
- Keeping a record of the correspondence for accounting and after-sales purposes.
We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a marketing or newsletter list. If we ever want to send you something beyond the inquiry you started, we will ask you first.
3. Who processes it
A small number of service providers handle the data on our behalf. Each one receives only what it needs for its part of the process.
Web3Forms Inquiry delivery
The form is submitted by a script in your browser to Web3Forms, which forwards it to our mailbox. Web3Forms is a form-relay service and does not use your data for its own marketing.
Netlify Website hosting
This website is served by Netlify. Like any web host, its servers record standard request data such as IP address and user agent in access logs for security and reliability.
Tencent Enterprise Mail Mailbox
Inquiries are received and stored in our company mailbox at info@bona-equipment.com, operated by Tencent Enterprise Mail.
Manufacturers and authorised distributors Quotation only
To price a specific item we may share the technical details of your request — model, rating, quantity, destination — with the manufacturer or authorised distributor of that product. We share only what is needed to obtain a quotation, not your contact details for marketing.
We do not transfer your data to anyone else unless we are legally required to.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or session-recording scripts. There is nothing to opt out of and no consent banner, because there is nothing being tracked.
The only script on the site is the one that submits the inquiry form. It runs after you press Send Inquiry and sends nothing until you do.
5. How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept in our mailbox for as long as they are useful — while a quotation is open, or for the duration of a commercial relationship and the period afterwards that accounting and warranty rules require. Inquiries that lead nowhere are deleted periodically.
You can ask us to delete your inquiry and the personal data in it at any time. We will confirm once it is done, and we will keep only what we are legally obliged to retain.
6. Your rights and how to contact us
The data controller is BONA Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., Room 634, No.1 Nanshi Road, Tiexi District, Shenyang, Liaoning, China. You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your data, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop using your data for anything beyond answering your inquiry.
Write to info@bona-equipment.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you would rather use the website form, the contact page works too.
